Polymer JS Waterproofing Coating
Yuxiang-brand “JS Composite Waterproof Coating” was developed by incorporating advanced domestic and international technologies; it boasts excellent technical performance and outstanding waterproofing capabilities. Recommended by the Ministry of Construction and included in the catalog of waterproof materials for residential buildings, this product is a two-component coating composed of organic liquid and inorganic powder. It represents a new type of waterproofing material that combines the high elasticity of organic materials with the superior durability of inorganic materials. The applied coating forms a strong, tough waterproof layer and can be formulated in various colors as required.
Features:
1. Can be applied directly to various types of substrates, whether wet or dry.
2. Forms a tough, high-strength coating with excellent water, weather, and durability characteristics.
3. Pigments can be added to create colored coatings.
4. Non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free; easy to apply with a short construction period.
5. Does not sag or run when applied to vertical, inclined, or overhead surfaces.
6. Bonds firmly to various substrates, such as cement mortar.
Usable Time: At an ambient temperature of 20°C (outdoors), the usable time is approximately 3 hours; the usable time is longer at lower temperatures and shorter at higher temperatures. Once the mixture becomes too thick or hard, do not add water to reuse it.
Curing Time: At an ambient temperature of 20°C (outdoors), the curing time is approximately 2–6 hours; curing takes longer in conditions of low temperature, high humidity, or poor ventilation, and shorter in the opposite conditions. In extremely damp and poorly ventilated environments, curing may take significantly longer or fail to occur entirely. Application Method: The substrate surface must be level; seal any areas with water seepage first, and round off all internal and external corners. If water addition is required, add it to the liquid component first, then gradually add the powder component while stirring until the mixture is uniform.
