High-strength cross-laminated self-adhesive membrane

1. The pressure-sensitive, high-strength, cross-laminated film self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is a high-performance, cold-applied composite material. It is manufactured by bonding a specially engineered, cross-laminated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film with a premium polymer-modified self-adhesive rubber-asphalt layer using a specialized process. It offers excellent dimensional stability, thermal stability, UV resistance, and bi-directional tear resistance.

2. The robust, dual-layer laminated film provides superior tear strength and dimensional stability, delivering better waterproofing performance than standard films. Its cross-linked mesh structure effectively prevents the wrinkling and blistering often associated with non-reinforced HDPE polymer sheets after installation. The surface film is specially treated for UV resistance, ensuring the product maintains its visual quality even after prolonged exposure—up to approximately six months—following installation.

3. Safe and eco-friendly: The APF-3000 self-adhesive membrane utilizes a cold-application method, making it environmentally friendly and eliminating safety hazards at the construction site.
