Transparent waterproof sealant

Product Features
Colorless and transparent; the coating preserves the original decorative appearance of the wall without yellowing or attracting dust. It offers excellent resistance to heat, UV radiation, ozone, acids, and alkalis, and performs well across a wide temperature range. Formulated with synthetic rubber emulsion modifiers and surfactants, the coating forms a flexible, tough film capable of withstanding stresses caused by substrate deformation or cracking. Water-based; non-flammable, non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly. Suitable for cold application; safe and convenient to use, it can be applied directly to walls via spraying, coating, brushing, or scraping. The resulting film is microporous and breathable, allowing moisture evaporation—ideal for humid southern climates—without blistering. Low dosage requirements make it a cost-effective solution.

Application Method
Apply the transparent waterproof sealant to the wall surface and tile joints using a brush, taking special care during application; if the sealant is too viscous, it may be diluted with clean water, though the amount of water added should be kept to a minimum.
Clean the substrate thoroughly using a cleaning agent, wire brush, and cloth, while taking care to preserve the original surface gloss as much as possible.
Generally, 2–3 coats are sufficient; ensure that each coat is dry and non-tacky to the touch before applying the next, and alternate the application direction (e.g., applying coats in a crisscross pattern).
